By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Reservations
Reservations can be made via email or through the contact form on the website or WhatsApp.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from the service provider.

 

3. Payment
Payment is made on-site upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellation at any time, giving you complete flexibility when planning your day at sea.

We kindly ask guests to inform us as early as possible in case of cancellation.

 

5. Weather Conditions

Safety is our top priority.

In case of unsuitable weather conditions, the reservation may be:

  • rescheduled, or
  • cancelled free of charge

The final decision is made by the service provider based on safety considerations.

 

6. Use of the Boat

The customer agrees to use the boat responsibly and in accordance with all safety instructions and maritime regulations.

  • The maximum number of persons on board must not be exceeded.
  • The boat must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or substances.
  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper use.

7. License Requirement
For rentals without a skipper, a valid boating license is required and must be presented before departure.

 

8. Insurance & Liability

All boats are fully insured, including third-party liability and passenger coverage.

In the unlikely event of an accident, a damage deductible (franchise) of €700–€1000 applies, depending on the boat.

This ensures full protection while encouraging responsible use of the boat.

 

9. Skipper Authority (for private tours)

The skipper reserves the right to:

  • adjust the route
  • modify the itinerary
  • cancel or interrupt the tour

at any time, if necessary for safety or weather conditions.

 

10. Delay Policy

In case of customer delay, the duration of the service may be shortened without the right to a refund.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

The service provider shall not be held liable for:

  • personal injuries
  • loss or damage of personal belongings

unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 

12.Complaints

Customers may submit complaints via email.

The service provider will respond within 15 days in accordance with applicable Croatian law.

 

13.Disclaimer

All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only.

The service provider reserves the right to:

  • modify content without prior notice
  • change service availability depending on operational and weather conditions
